Dear {!firstname}:

Welcome to Your WEBSITE LAW ALERT by Chip Cooper and DigiContracts.com

Chip's Commentary:

If you were a subscriber last spring, you know that Cathy and I adopted 2 kittens - Nat and Hank - from a local rescue group.

They're almost fully grown now, and they're a lot of fun. The only problem is - they scratch our furniture, and they won't listen to reason.

I found a website - TheCatBehaviorClinic.com - that purports to really understand cats, and they claim that the problem can be solved. Can this be true? I'm skeptical. I thought no one really understands cats.

Should we spring for a consultation? What do you think?

SaaS End-User Agreements

In the last issue (11-20-09), I discussed 4 strategies for structuring your SaaS reseller agreement. If you missed the article, here's the link: Top 4 Strategies To Structure Your SaaS Reseller Agreement.

This issue focuses on your SaaS Agreement for end-users.

Clients often ask me: How do you decide which approach is right? What are the factors to consider?

Read my article: Your SaaS Agreement - Which End-User Agreement Approach is Right For You?.

Comments From Digicontracts.com:

We've just updated the Website SaaS Agreement (Executed) on the DigiContracts.com site with the addition of options for comprehensive privacy and security provisions for HIPAA compliance and Gramm-Leach-Bliley compliance.

For a description of this agreement, visit Website SaaS Agreement (Executed).

Regards,
