Dear {!firstname}:

Welcome to Your WEBSITE LAW ALERT by Chip Cooper and DigiContracts.com

Chip's Commentary:

The June, 2008 issue of Wired magazine features an interesting series of articles titled "The New Economy".

The first article of the series, "Googlenomics", explains Google's innovative use of auction theory to boost AdWords into a multi-billion dollar business.

Then the article asks: "Can the rest of the world be far behind? Although Eric Schmidt [Google's Chairman and CEO] doesn't think it will happen as quickly as some believe, he does think Google-style auctions are applicable to all sorts of transactions."

Interesting point, but we'll have to see what develops. Perhaps there's an opportunity there, somewhere.

Is Your SaaS Agreement The Only Website Legal Document You Need?

I'm often asked questions about SaaS (Software as a Service) agreements. What I have to prompt SaaS webmasters to ask is - "Is my SaaS agreement the only website legal document I need?"

To most Saas site webmasters, the answer may be surprising.

To learn more, read my article entitled Is Your SaaS Agreement The Only Website Legal Document You Need?.
