We suffered a sad loss last week.

We had to put our old house (and office) cat to sleep. Tiger was 5 months short of 20 years old.

Tiger had a great life -- we should all be so lucky. So, there are no regrets, only sadness at the passing of a member of our family.

Recently, I've talked to several operators of general audience sites (sites that are not directed to children), and they mistakenly believe that the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) doesn't apply to them.
