When To Use

For use by a website operator with any Service Provider that will have control over the website server (for example, a hosting service provider), and/or the right to access to the website internals which contain personal information of website visitors (for example, website maintenance or SEO Service Providers).

This agreement supplements the Website Privacy Policy -- it provides privacy and security obligations for service providers which have access to personal information.
