For use where the Owner of a website business requires the Developer of Owner's website to transfer and assign copyrights to website elements, except for pre-existing elements that are licensed via a perpetual license. (If rights to a domain name are also to be transferred, our Website Domain Name Transfer Agmt should be used).
Parties: Owner and Developer – Owner is the owner of the website business. Developer developed the website, and is the transferor of rights in the website to Owner.
