When To Use

For use where Licensor grants distribution rights to Licensee-advertiser for specialty Software Product(s) on a "private-label" or co-branded basis for purposes of advertising Licensee's products or services.

For example, specialty Software Product(s) may be any software product (e.g. screen savers or micro browsers) that may be downloaded from a website and distributed for free to prospective customers.

Licensor sells advertising rights on Specialty Product(s) to Licensee and grants to Licensee distribution rights for the Specialty Product(s).

Software Product(s) are distributed in digital form as downloadable files.
