When To Use

For use where a Service Provider provides technical services for hardware, networks, third-party software products, or any other type or category of technical support or maintenance service, such as training, to Client.

For example, a service provider may provide more than one type or category of service to a single Client or to multiple Clients, and the Work Order format of the Master Agreement permits maximum flexibility to provide for different services on different terms and conditions.

This is a very flexible agreement for all providers of technical services of any kind who are looking for a relatively simple way not only to protect their rights to professional fees, but also to protect against unreasonable exposure to liability.

Master Agreement Simplifies Contract Management

Master agreement provides the general terms and conditions for a possible series of projects, each defined by separate Work Order -- simplifies contract management and eliminates the need to enter into separate agreements for each project.
