When To Use

For use with a single or a series of comprehensive development projects between Developer and Sponsor. Master agreement provides for a possible series of projects, each defined by separate Work Order (thereby eliminating the need to enter into separate development agreements for each project).

Provides for Intellectual Property (IP) ownership and licensing options for the Completed Software and for project management.

A must for software developers who manage complex projects and require options for acquisition of IP ownership or marketing rights in order to supplement development fee income or to build a portfolio of IP ownership.
