Parties

• Referred Party (recipient of referrals and the payor of commissions to the referring party for referrals)
• Referring Party (sends referrals to the referred party and is the payee of commissions for such referrals)

When To Use

For use by service provider(s) who will pay referral fees for the referral of new business.

A must for service providers that desire a relatively simple agreement to reward new business referrals with referral fees, but also are concerned about limiting liability for the payment of referral fees.
