When To Use

For use where a Principal contracts with a Manufacturer to manufacture electro-mechanical sub-assemblies for Principal in accordance with mutually agreed upon Device Specifications. For example, a computer manufacturer desires to contract for the manufacture of "mother" boards for the Principal's computers.

Master agreement provides for a possible series of manufacturing projects, each defined by separate Work Order (thereby eliminating the need to enter into separate manufacturing agreements for each project).
