Notice of Material Changes To Privacy Policy
Effective May 1, 2008, the December 3, 2000 version of the Privacy Policy was amended and restated. The following is a summary of material changes:
- Section 2: less restrictive amendments regarding PII require prior notice to be effective.
- Section 3: the scope of collection of collection of anonymous, passive information was increased.
- Section 5: added consent for use of 3rd party cookies.
- Section 7: sharing of PII was extended to corporate affiliates, 3rd party service providers, and in the event of merger, sale, or bankruptcy
- Section 8: added new Section 8 regarding onward transfer of PII.
- Section 14: added new Section 14 regarding email from this site.
